KARAOKE
We offer Karaoke and open mic around the clock.If you would like to use your stream please allow some time for staff to respond as they may be preoccupied and unavailable atm. They will return with assistance briefly.
If you should require your log at one point and we have saved them, feel free to ask and we will send them to you confiudentailly .These logs may or may not contain HOD staff text/voice depending on the nature of request and/or situation and availablity of logs.Database hd may become full and logg/chat dump may occur over time. (This means, if you were to have just had a chat with us, we may dump files then or at some point after.All loggs are legally obtained with your permission in aggreance with TOS sl and will and can be used at our discresion. You agree by initiatingf any further transaction, contact, inquiry ect of HOD EMpire/Immmaculate Land mainland groups and their associates. OUR goal will always remain of high ethics when dealing with confidential/al;l matters and while at times a problem may occur fair and positive results are ALWAYS in the best interest of all parties.We accept all comments and respectull idea tweaks/constructive critisim as we look to improve in all ways that will enhance users experiance .We are a small group so please note we are or have read your comments, notes and will review with greast consideration

We welcome all ages species and only ask to refrain form drama of coarse, and please keep your avi scripts low as this will help all of our guests enjoy their visit.
RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL/MALL SHOP RENTALS
Sponsorship apps are under construction .If you would
- like to gain sponsorship for your venue or
- need assistance in providing guests with an incentive from one of our many listed or (non listed items/services) or
- if you would lke to sponsor an event in our venue..Please send a Notecard with your request, some details about the event, and contact information with name, and anitem(s) desired to donate/give/sponsor.
- Please attach a picture or listing of service, must decide if you would like to utilize adboard/needs full perm logo with lm to put into our kiosk, or to use this and add rental space in our mall and dj/staff promotions of your items and store.
- We do not compete however please use common sense when writing how you would like to hear or see your advertisement or discription of sponsorship. Please list name,date this info and 2 references .. preferably business relationship non relative with some exceptions.
- If you are a new designer or creator, please state your interest in our venue and how you feel we may be able to assist you in your venture.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaints can be dropped via nc into bella1 carpaccio's mailbox/online board or if online please contact an owner as soon as possible.please be patient as we are staff limited which requires time to respond to alerts or nc/im's. if it is an emergancy and can not wait max/6 hours, please feel free to email tiffany1 atisso@gmail.com or skype message/call tiffany1atisso.make sure you request friendship allowing tiffany to see your info or the im/call will not be acknowleged. all voice/text chat logs will and are recorded by the perspective authority/owner manager of the empire.
